HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Orders are shipped within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.


WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments. We are working on implementing Venmo and other payment options, so keep checking back with us!


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Click on “My Account” at the top of any TeddieandTash.com page and go to “My Order History”. If you’re not into clicking, you can always email us info@TeddieandTash.com and our Customer Service Department will help you out. Please have your order number ready, or refer to your order confirmation email.


RETURN INFORMATION

There are NO RETURNS as everything is made by the order, unless specified otherwise. If there is an issue with size, please email info@TeddieandTash.com with subject “SIZING | Order #” and we can arrange an exchange for your correct size. Defective Pieces must be sent back within 14 days of purchase for store credit or replacement only. Damaged pieces can be sent back to be repaired at no cost, please email Info@TeddieandTash.com

 Items to be repaired are accepted within 45 days of purchase.
